Head of Technology – build and lead the technology strategy and engineering organization with a strong focus on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in a Business‑to‑Government environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology strategy, including the multi‑year roadmap (build/buy/partner), aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements, steered by a clear KPI framework.
• Own the technology budget and drive efficiency across build and run through FinOps, TCO management, and unit economics.
• Set and govern the target architecture (cloud‑native, event‑driven, microservices, zero‑trust), ensuring scalability, interoperability, and resilience.
