Be the voice of the customer at MultiBank. Lead user research across product and marketing to ensure we build and promote experiences that traders actually want and need.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and conduct user research studies for product development
• Test prototypes and features with users throughout the development process
• Organize and synthesize customer feedback from all sources (support, reviews, sales, social)
• Create actionable insights for product, design, and marketing teams
• Build research processes and frameworks that scale across the organization
• Conduct usability testing on existing and new features
• Run market research to inform positioning and messaging
• Partner with marketing on campaign testing and optimization
• Build systems for continuous customer feedback collection
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership
