Head Process Engineer

Our client is a premier, automotive systems and components manufacturer supplying major global and local vehicle brands. To support an aggressive strategy of driving internal engineering self-reliance and modernizing shopfloor operations, they are seeking a transformative engineering leader.

This strategic role requires a hands-on engineering leader, not just an office manager. The successful candidate will lead and transform engineering capabilities across the organization, overseeing multiple critical engineering functions. Acting as the ultimate Mechanical Doctor for the plant, you will be responsible for balancing long-term strategic process engineering standards with immediate, high-pressure problem resolution (“firefighting”) on the production floor to drive team capability and absolute line stability.
