Design & Engineering
Lead end-to-end design activities for Earthing & Grounding Systems and Lightning
Protection Systems (LPS) in line with international standards (IEC, IEEE, IS, etc.).
Review, validate, and approve detailed engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and
technical documents.
Provide technical expertise for complex and large-scale projects across industrial,
commercial, and utility sectors.
Ensure optimized and cost-effective designs without compromising safety, quality, or
compliance.
Software & Technical Tools
Utilize and guide the team on CDEGS / ETAP software for grounding, earthing, and safety
analysis (knowledge is a strong advantage).
Ensure accuracy of simulations, soil resistivity analysis, touch & step potential calculations,
and risk assessments.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and groom the design team to build strong technical capability and
ownership.
