About the Role: We are looking for a high-impact leader to drive Learner Outcomes, Retention, and Referral growth across JEE, NEET, and Foundation cohorts. This is a strategic cross-functional role operating at the intersection of Product, Academics, Data Science, and Parent Experience. The focus is to build a proactive learner outcome engine that improves renewals through measurable academic success and engagement.
