About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact leader to drive Learner Outcomes, Retention, and Referral growth across JEE, NEET, and Foundation cohorts.
This is a strategic cross-functional role operating at the intersection of Product, Academics, Data Science, and Parent Experience. The focus is to build a proactive learner outcome engine that improves renewals through measurable academic success and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the learner outcome framework linked to renewal and retention
- Define and track metrics like:
- Concept mastery
- Academic improvement trajectory
- Product engagement depth
- Mentor interaction effectiveness
- Develop early warning systems to identify at-risk learners 60–90 days before churn
- Design intervention playbooks involving academics, mentoring, product nudges, and parent engagement
- Partner with Product and Academic teams to improve engagement-to-learning conversion...
