Head Start Training & Data Coordinator

Head Start Training & Data Coordinator Head Start (https://ofoinc.org/find-program/home-based-and-preschool-programs) is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative individual to coordinate staff training and data systems that drive positive outcomes for children and empower families toward long-term success.

As Training & Data Coordinator, you will:



+ Complete data entry and run reports for management, as needed

+ Complete all documentation and reports required for program compliance and measurement of performance targets

+ Coordinate onboarding activities and schedules

+ Plan and coordinate staff training to meet regulatory and funding source requirements

+ Develop and maintain tracking system for staff training documentation and staff qualifications and certifications

+ Lead coordination and scheduling of annual pre-service training and ensure budget feasibility
