JOB PURPOSE:
To lead the HSE department for the completion of all projects under the health and safety requirements.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To lead the HSE team and ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures with HSE standards.
- To liaise with PMs and ensure that all new projects undertaken within the organization have considered the EHS impact and obtained all required authorizations/permits to keep project completion on time.
- To liaise the technical and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
- To manage the site training plans by conducting employee orientation; emergency response training; and coordination of modular and training programs of the operation
