Health Club Manager 康乐部经理

1. 全面负责康乐部的日常运营管理，确保服务品质与安全标准符合国家及行业规范；
2. 制定并执行部门年度运营计划、预算管理、会员服务策略及活动方案，持续提升客户满意度与续费率；
3. 组织开展员工排班、培训、绩效评估与团队建设，落实岗位责任制与服务流程标准化；
4. 监督设施设备维护保养、卫生防疫及应急预案执行，确保符合《公共场所卫生管理条例》及消防安全要求；
5. 协同市场、销售及客户服务部门推进会员拓展、异业合作及品牌推广工作，支持整体营收目标达成。

1. 同岗位工作经验，体育管理、酒店管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备高端健身俱乐部、五星级酒店康乐部或大型连锁运动场馆管理经验，有团队管理实绩；
3. 具备良好的服务意识、沟通协调能力、应急处理能力及数据分析能力；
4. 持有国家认可的救生员证、社会体育指导员证（健身教练方向）或健康管理类相关资格证书者优先；
