Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to join PGG Wrightson. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across a wide range of operational environments, supporting safety in a way that’s practical, relevant, and people‑focused.

This is a hands‑on role with plenty of autonomy and variety. The position offers location flexibility and can be based at our offices in the Hawke’s Bay, Wairarapa, Manawatū‑Whanganui, or Christchurch.

You won’t be sitting behind a desk or ticking boxes. Instead, you’ll be out in the business, building capability, understanding how work is really done, and helping teams make things safer in ways that genuinely work.

While the role operates largely remotely day to day, you’ll be well supported by an experienced and motivated HSW team who care deeply about doing meaningful work.
