About the Role
Work under the direction and delegation of a registered nurse (RN) to:
Provide assistance to patients to meet their activities of daily living, comfort and safety needsPerform delegated patient care duties to enhance the satisfaction of the patientHousekeeping duties to provide a clean tidy and organised environment.As an effective member of the multi-disciplinary team, the HCA is not responsible for decision making in terms of patient care, planning, assessment, monitoring or evaluation of care.
