Healthcare Consulting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support healthcare clients’ business and technology transformation efforts.
• Apply health industry exposure and a basic understanding of U.S. healthcare payer and provider value chains to project design.
• Plan and deliver well‑structured oral and written communications, including presentations in English.
• Coordinate with mid‑level to senior client leadership and engage in planning and delivery conversations.
• Demonstrate self‑driven leadership with strong team management and delivery ownership.
• Conduct strong business system analysis and/or program management activities.
• Operate cross‑culturally and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. or global healthcare, or health product organizations.
