Responsibilities
- Manage patient communications, including calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
- Support referral processing, pre-authorization requests, and follow-up activities
- Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Prepare, produce, and distribute medical reports
Qualifications
- Open to high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates
- Experience is not required, though background in a healthcare account is an advantage
- Must have strong communication skills
