Healthcare Operations Analytics & Dashboards Lead

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Performance Reporting Manager to develop and maintain operational dashboards for U.S. healthcare clients. The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years of experience in performance reporting within a BPO or healthcare setting and strong skills in Power BI.

This hands-on role requires the ability to analyze performance metrics, escalate issues, and communicate insights to leadership. Proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL are also required. The position is based in the Philippines and involves collaboration with various teams.
