Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of healthcare associates handling processes such as medical billing, coding, claims, AR follow-up, utilization management, or clinical documentation (depending on account).
- Manage day-to-day workflow distribution and ensure SLAs, quality scores, productivity, and turnaround times are consistently met.
- Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to drive employee growth and accountability.
- Review team outputs for accuracy and adherence to guidelines, escalating issues as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for leadership and clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Quality, Training, and Human Resources to resolve process gaps and support continuous improvement.
