Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Civil Estimator position include:

5-10 years of estimating experience in heavy highway construction, with DOT project experience strongly preferred

Experience in concrete, bridge, and roadway construction projects is highly valued

Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob preferred, with Bluebeam as a strong plus

Ability to estimate projects typically ranging from $2M to $30M

Work alongside 3 other estimators in a collaborative estimating team environment...
