The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Programme (GGP) is a structured three-year graduate programme designed to develop future leaders within the Commerce team. The programme includes three six-month rotations, with opportunities to gain cross-functional experience in South Africa and an international assignment. Graduates will receive mentorship, leadership exposure, learning opportunities, and hands‑on project experience before transitioning into a management role.
