Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a Help Desk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Help Desk**
**Location: Madison, WI - Hybrid Schedule (1 day onsite per week)**
**Schedul: 7.45 am - 4.30 pm Central Time.**
**Pay Range: $18 - $20 / hr. on W2**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide Identity and Account Management (IAM) services for staff and public users of DWD applications
+ Perform 1st and 2nd Tier computer support for internal DWD staff
+ Manage and deploy computers for DWD staff
+ Assist users with technical issues related to digital tools and platforms
+ Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of public-facing applications
