ProvidequalityfrontlineapplicationsupporttotheSJgroupbusinessforextendedoperatinghours.
Relievetheworkloadofcorporateresourcesandimprovetheircapabilitiestodeliverbetterresults to the business
KeyResponsibilities
(UndertheleadershipoftheHelpdeskTeamLead,thefollowingareexpectedintherole)
AssistincoachingandmentoringAssociateHelpDeskAnalyststoachieveteamandindividual performance standards and metrics.
Respondtotelephonecalls,personalrequestsandemailsrequestinghelprelatingtoaccesstoSJgroup.
Respondtotelephonecalls,personalrequestsandemailrequestinghelpwiththeuseofSJGroupEnterprise andthe Portal.
Identifycriticalsystemandnetworkissues,escalateandliaisetotheSeniorHelpdeskAnalyst, Helpdesk Services Manager or second level technical support untilresolution.
