Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification/certification
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out, concrete and formwork experience
- High-end finishing
- Quality control
- Cost control, claims
- JBCC – Delay claims etc
- Ability to manage the project team
- Ability to manage the quantity surveyor
