Overview

Hire Resolve is partnering with a well-known construction company based in Cape Town, which is looking for a High-End Residential Site Manager to join their team!

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification/certification
  • Proficient with MS Office and MS Projects

    • Key responsibilities:

  • Setting out, concrete and formwork experience
  • High-end finishing
  • Quality control
  • Cost control, claims
  • JBCC – Delay claims etc
  • Ability to manage the project team
  • Ability to manage the quantity surveyor
