The general purpose of this position is to treat families under the 12 Principles and facilitate Child and Family Team Meetings.

1. Responsible for the high needs case management of 25-34 service recipients and their families.

2. Conducts the engagement process with families to identify natural/formal supports as outlined in the Arizona Model, Child and Family Team (CFT) process, and Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA).
