Sri Sharada International School is seeking an experienced and dynamic High School Coordinator to oversee the academic and administrative functioning of the high school section. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, curriculum knowledge, and the ability to guide teachers and students toward academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily academic operations of the high school section
- Monitor lesson planning, teaching quality, and student performance
- Guide and support teachers in curriculum implementation
- Ensure smooth execution of CBSE/ICSE academic activities
- Conduct meetings, academic reviews, and parent interactions
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Support school management in academic planning and administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant subject
- B. Ed mandatory
- Additional leadership or academic coordination experience preferred
