High School Science Teachers

FIA teachers facilitate students’ spiritual, academic, emotional, and physical growth. They collaborate as a team to assist parents in encouraging their children to participate in God’s world.

Qualifications:

• Possess a love for Christ and for students.
• Have a vital, growing relationship with Christ.
• Are a regular member of their local church.
• Agree wholeheartedly to the Statement of Faith.
• Hold or pursuing appropriate professional credentials.

Essential Functions:

• Teach classes and courses as assigned following FIA adopted curriculum
• Plan using unit/semester/quarterly plans and objectives that, as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students, challenging each to his/her potential.
