Job Description
This position involves handling shifting schedules, inspecting equipment, resolving anomalies, improving production processes, and tracking performance in photovoltaic solar cells. Responsibilities include collecting KPI data, managing routine and unexpected issues, assisting troubleshooting, supervising SOP adherence, performing scheduled maintenance, reporting anomalies, completing assigned training and assessments, conducting safety training, and carrying out other leadership‑assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in shifting schedule management, equipment inspection, anomaly resolution, production process improvement, and performance tracking in photovoltaic solar cells.
