HIL Test Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled HIL Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems for embedded control units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HIL system development, hardware schematics interpretation/design, and hands-on expertise with dSPACE platforms. This role requires close collaboration with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure robust validation of control algorithms and embedded systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems for ECU validation. Configure and integrate HIL systems using dSPACE platforms such as dSPACE SCALEXIO and dSPACE MicroLabBox. Develop plant models using MATLAB/Simulink for real-time simulation. Analyze and interpret hardware schematics to support signal conditioning, I/O interfacing, and fault insertion strategies.
