Location: Slough
Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re excited to be recruiting for a Hire Controller to join a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, taking ownership, and working as part of a supportive team. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of tools and/or plant hire equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to emails and customer queries along with answering incoming telephone calls.
• Managing inbound hire and sales enquiries, completing transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Providing a high level of customer service, both over the phone and serving customers at the trade counter
• Carrying out general administrative duties
• Developing strong product knowledge to effectively support customers
