**Hiring School 1:1 BT's for Next School Year! Weekly Pay!**
**Start Date: August 2026**
The Behavior Technician provides educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs. Working collaboratively with school staff and behavioral specialists, this role helps implement strategies and interventions designed to support each individual’s learning and behavioral goals.
**Location:** Upland, Claremont, Rancho Cucamonga, etc.
**Pay:** $22-25/hr (depends on level on ABA)
**Minimum Requirements**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ MUST HAVE ABA EXPERIENCE
+ Current CPR certification, if required
+ Completed TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray, if required
+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
