Job Description
- Preparation of the detailed shop drawing from the design drawing.
- Drawing while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design.
- Making concept design (Office / Restaurant / Clinic / Residence / Villa).
- Checking shop drawings from sub-contractors.
- Coordinating with relevant departments (design, QS, and Construction team) for the preparation and submission of shop drawings for approval, including details of civil and M&E parts.
- Ensuring all shop drawings are done to the company’s standard, with constructability, practicality, clarity, meeting client expectations, and ensuring good profitability for the company.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Architectural Engineering.
- Language: English at Intermediate Level (can read and understand technical documents written in English).
