Opportunity Description
The DCX Client Services Home‑Based Customer Service Representative will assist clients in delivering excellent service to partner brands by providing product and service information and resolving product and service concerns. This role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by receiving queries, resolving issues, understanding customer goals, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. The position begins as a 3‑month contingent contract and, if selected by the client, transitions into a 6‑month probationary period that could lead to a full‑time role.
