Currently we are assisting one of our top health care system partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist to care for patients in their homes in the Jamaica Plain/Dorchester, MA area.




***Requires 1 year of recent Home Care Physical Therapy experience doing visits in Home Health with a Medicare certified agency. **

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Occasional weekend may be required
• Annual Salary Range $125,000 - $145,000 (based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement
