Contract Length: 3+ months

Pay Range: $52-$56/hrs 

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  

 

Travel: Coverage Areas: Shrewsbury, Westborough, Northborough, Bolton, Hudson, Marlborough, Framingham area.

Mileage Reimbursement: Yes



Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive in-home physical therapy evaluations, assessing mobility, strength, balance, pain, endurance, and home safety


• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized Plans of Care (POC) based on physician orders, patient goals, and measurable outcomes
