Hospitality Operations Intern (6-Month Program)
We build and operate modern, design‑led hospitality concepts across hotels, coffee, and food & beverage. We move fast, operate hands‑on, and build teams of people who take ownership early. This internship is not a classroom. It’s the floor.
The Role
This is a 6‑month, full‑immersion hospitality internship designed for people who want to learn by doing, not by watching. You’ll rotate across different parts of the business and gradually move from execution to autonomy to ownership.
What You’ll Do
- Run check‑ins and check‑outs and handle reservations and guest communication (Hotel Operations)
- Support service across different restaurant formats (casual, events, high‑flow service) and assist with kitchen, service flow, guest experience, and floor coordination (Restaurants & Food Concepts)
- Learn timing, communication between kitchen and floor, and service standards
