As a member of the Guest Service Team, you are responsible for greeting guests at the door and welcoming them in. You exude friendliness and fun and take pride in anticipating your guests’ needs and providing an experience they will remember. As a team-player, you work closely with your team and support them to deliver the very best.  

As a Service Assistant, you will support your team in delivering unexpectedly memorable dining experiences for your guests. Jumping into whatever is needed at the time, whether assisting in bar backing, clearing tables, seating guests or delivering food and drink. Your team relies on you to keep it all together and trusts you will be there when they need you, ready to lend a hand. You are a jack of all trades!
