Host & Retail Associate - Winery

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, the Associate will provide an exceptional experience to all guests of theWinery. This frontline role involves greeting, seating, and taking reservations for dining guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, as well as actively supporting the retail operations by providing customer service and maintaining the merchandise area.

Roles and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Manager on Duty, duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Front of House/Hosting:
  • Build professional relationships with guests and create an air of familiarity.
  • Greet and seat guests at the bar, patio, or dining areas.
  • Take reservations and communicate any relevant information to other staff.
  • Clean tables upon guest departure.
  • Process bills and payments when required.
