Host/Hostess

POSITION PURPOSE:

•    We are seeking a hospitality focused and organized individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess.


• The Host/Hostess plays a crucial role in being the first- and last-person guest interact with.

This position is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, managing reservations, and escorting guests to their seats.    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

•    Welcome and greet guests warmly upon their arrival and assign them to a wait list if necessary.   Monitor the wait list, providing accurate wait times and ensuring guest satisfaction while waiting for their table.


• Escort and seat guests at their tables, starting their dining experience with an enjoyable experience.
• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind to ensure a smooth flow of service.
