We are looking for a professional and friendly Hotel Concierge Assistant to support guests by providing information, assistance, and recommendations to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions
• Help with booking reservations (restaurants, taxis, events, etc.)
• Coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs

• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
