You have hospitality management experience and love working with international customers? You’re a people person with great customer service attitude but also know how to manage a hospitality business? 
Hub Hoi An is a special, rice field-view coworking and coliving space that serves entrepreneurs, freelancers and digital nomads from many countries. We prioritise community, friendship and healthy living for our customers and staff. 

Job description:

• Manage the coworking coliving branches of our business (training available)
• Work “hands on” in many areas, especially direct contact with members
• Make members feel welcome, ensure  “above and beyond” level of customer service and satisfaction
• Manage membership tracking and new member orientation
• Handle marketing with freelancer
• Manage staff 
• Event management
