Hotel Operations Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, and daily operations
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
- Monitor staff performance and schedules
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams
- Good knowledge of hotel procedures and customer service
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
