Opportunity Description
We are looking for a confident and organised Hotel Porter to join our friendly and supportive Reception team.
Our porters at Thyme are incredibly important to our business and play a vital part in delivering a first-class guest experience to all visitors to Thyme. They are responsible for the seamless delivery of all back of house activities which effects the experience of our guests here at Thyme, such as the delivery of luggage to the room, the coordination of in room services such as food & beverage and hampers, the concierge service, as well as the guest turndown.
Working both within a team or alone it is essential for you to be able to prioritise for this role. With a 'can-do' attitude and a natural ability to go the extra mile, it is essential that you can use your initiative often thinking outside the box.
