Housekeeping Attendant

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas. The role ensures a pleasant and safe environment for guests and staff by following cleaning standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and public areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and stored properly.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist guests politely and professionally when approached.
