Housekeeping Lead - New opening

The Housekeeping Lead manages daily housekeeping operations across multiple Sonder properties, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming guest units while empowering a team of housekeepers and maintaining inventory and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and daily cleaning schedules for a team of housekeepers.
• Support and lead cleaner onboarding, ongoing training, and performance improvement.
• Organize and prepare supplies for daily distribution, ensuring effective inventory control.
• Tri‑age and delegate real‑time guest requests to the appropriate cleaners.
• Perform standard housekeeping duties when necessary: cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms; changing linen and terry; polishing surfaces; removing trash/recycling; restocking soaps, shampoos, kitchen items, and branded Sonder collateral; ensuring furniture, appliances, and amenities remain clean and functional.
