Qualifications
Lead and oversee daily departmental operations, ensuring adherence to service standards with a focus on friendly and engaging interactions. Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to maintain high cleanliness standards. As needed, assist with cleaning guest rooms and public areas. Safeguard and manage cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effective linen use. Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready, addressing guest concerns promptly to create memorable experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor large teams of diverse individuals
- Prior experience working with Opera or a similar Property Management System and/ hub OS
