Opportunity Description
Housekeeping Supervisor (Rooms) Duties:
- A hands-on person is required for this job
- Supervise the activities of room maids
- Assign apartments for room maids to clean, monitor and follow up on their work performance
- Check apartments before releasing for arrival of guests
- Attend to guests' feedback and request
- Conduct morning briefing to team of housekeeping staff
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a supervisory position from serviced apartment or hotels
- Minimum Secondary school, GCE ''N'' or O levels are welcome
- Hands-on person with cheerful personality, good communication skills and is PC literate
- Must be service-oriented and is able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Able to work on rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays
