Job Description:
BDS are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Housing Support Worker in Warrington. The role is to assist individuals in securing and maintaining suitable accommodation. The role involves providing guidance, mentoring, and practical support to clients facing housing challenges.
The is a full time temporary ongoing role to start asap working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm that could lead to permanent employment at a later date. Pay starts from £12.75 paye plus holiday pay or £16.38 umbrella
Duties
* Offer personalised support and mentoring to clients, helping them develop skills for independent living
* Assist clients with housing applications, tenancy agreements, and related documentation using organisational skills
