HPC INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ENGINEER (FOCUS RMA)

Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our Infrastructure & Operations team in a data centre support capacity. Day to day, you will help keep hardware logistics running smoothly: tracking shipments, handling RMA paperwork, raising tickets with vendors, and making sure returned servers are tested and ready before they go back into use.

This is a great entry point into data centre operations for someone who is organised, communicates clearly, and takes pride in getting the details right. You will work directly with our Site Reliability Engineer, Michael Scholz, and the wider Infrastructure & Operations team – the people in Europe doing the physical work depend on you to keep their paperwork and parts pipeline clean.
