Opportunity Description
This position is responsible for processing monthly payrolls for staff as well as a variety of HR & Accounts duties including but not limited to the following functional areas:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
2. Administration
3. Compensation & Performance Management
4. Onboarding/offboarding,
5. Accounts, Reporting, and Inventory Management
Administrative works and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of all HR policies and updating them according to system requirements.
- Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
