Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Process payroll and manage tax clearance, including checking overtime, allowances, and attendance for input into the system.
- Administer work permit/SPass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain the HRIS system by updating employee records.
- Oversee the Clocking Time Attendance System management.
- Handle the organization of company events, functions, and customer gift arrangements.
- Coordinate training courses and resolve IT-related issues.
- Generate reports for surveys and prepare various employment-related letters, such as those for employment, confirmation, salary increments, and bonuses.
- Address and manage employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Assist in the recruitment process and process employee claims.
- Administer the Leave E-Portal and ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of facilities like lockers.
