Opportunity Description

Role Purpose

The HR Administrator supports the People & Culture function by keeping HR processes, records, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee administration running smoothly. This role is key to creating a professional, organised, and positive employee experience across PMN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment, including job ads, interview coordination, candidate communication, and reference checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment letters, contract changes, and HR correspondence.
  • Assist with payroll, leave, and employee data updates.
  • Support HR reporting, compliance, policy updates, and filing.
