Role Purpose
The HR Administrator supports the People & Culture function by keeping HR processes, records, recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee administration running smoothly. This role is key to creating a professional, organised, and positive employee experience across PMN.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment, including job ads, interview coordination, candidate communication, and reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment letters, contract changes, and HR correspondence.
- Assist with payroll, leave, and employee data updates.
- Support HR reporting, compliance, policy updates, and filing.
