Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding)
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
